F 12-04-1924 New home of Mr. & Mrs. Don Dardis on Kane st. nearing completion. F 12/25/24 - Dardis and wife moved in.

S 01-23-1925 A. W. Smith leased Martin Prailes farm south of the St. Paul depot / Milwaukee depot. S 2/6/25 - Martin Prailes and John Huckstorf to have auction on Martin Prailes farm. S 2/13/25 - auction ad. S 3/6/25 - A. W. Smith and family moved to Prailes farm.
S 01-23-1925 Henry Yanny has purchased of Louis Tenwinkel his residence on Edward st., possession to be given on Feb. 1. F 1/22/25 - 353 Edward st.; possession March 1.
S 01-23-1925 Louis Tenwinkel has purchased the Henry Krift farm just south of Burlington and will move to same by Feb. 1. Corrected to rented in S 1/30/25. F 2/5/25 - Tenwinkel and family moved to Krift farm.
