S 08-01-1924 William Rosenberg tore down large barn at rear of his residence property on the corner of Washington & Dyer sts.; will build a garage. Also in F 7/24/24.
F 08-07-1924 Mr. & Mrs. Gordon Bowler and son moved from Burlington to Oconomowoc.
F 08-07-1924 Luetten & Schwartz bought one of J. Wien's two lots on Wilmot ave.; will build on same.
F 08-07-1924 7 room house at 497 Schemmer st. for rent or sale.
S 08-08-1924 A. J. Tichlofen bought Brehm lot on corner of West & Madison sts. from Masons; will move Rhodes residence from corner opposite the post office to lot. F 8/7/24 - deal practically closed. F 10/2/24 - Rhodes house moved by Albert Robers. S 10/10/24 - Rhodes house to be moved. (House relocation)
S 08-08-1924 Connerton residence on the east side of the Fox river sold to Mrs. Elizabeth Williams. Lots bought by George Weithaus, Mrs. B. L. Cunningham, Louis Recknagel, and Conrad Roettinger. Also in F 8/7/24 - Connerton property on State st. - dwelling and lot at 323 State st. and 6 vacant lots on same street sold; P. L. Cunningham also listed as buyer.
F 08-14-1924 William Hoppe tearing down part of carpenter shop at his home and will remodel the balance into a garage.
F 08-14-1924 McDermott family moved from part of G. P. Luetten residence on corner of Dyer & Washington sts. to new Luetten & Schwartz bungalow on Herman st.
F 08-14-1924 Fred Schreiber moving to new home on Wilmot ave. opposite the Burlington Brass Works.
F 08-14-1924 John Luke and family left Burlington for Los Angeles where they may make their home; made trip in home on wheels.
F 08-14-1924 Herman Steffen bought John A. Luke residence property on Perkins blvd. and will move there from Slade's Corners. (446 Perkins blvd., per 1922-23 Directory)
F 08-14-1924 Mrs. Charles Bauman bought lot on Perkins blvd. from Mary A. Leach and will build residence.
F 08-21-1924 John Weinborn was born on Ranker farm near Bohner's Lake. Also died while visiting the farm after fishing at the lake on Aug. 18.
F 08-21-1924 Joseph Kresken and Cyrilla DeGrave, married Aug. 20, to live on Orchard st.
F 08-21-1924 Alex Porter residence at 603 Lewis st. struck by lightning Aug. 15; small hole in roof.
S 08-22-1924 Ben Leach bought lots in Kenilworth Park addition from L. C. Crawford and E. C. Johnson and will build new residence. F 8/21/24 - lot 7 in Kenilworth Park from Johnson and lot 6 from Crawford. F 9/11/24 - contract let for new residence.

F 09-04-1924 Joseph M. Lenz bought residence at 524 Perkins blvd. from Ann Leach.
F 09-04-1924 Mr. & Mrs. Wallace Moe moved to Burlington from East Troy.
S 09-05-1924 Mr. & Mrs. Vinton Coleman moved to Bernhoft residence on Chestnut st.
S 09-05-1924 Mr. & Mrs. Fred Milatz, Jr., moved to Mrs. B. A. Wagner residence on Chestnut st. F 9/4/24 - moved from James Wilson farm west of Burlington to Mrs. John S. Wagner residence.
F 09-11-1924 House on G. P. Luetten property on the corner of Washington & Dyer sts. being torn down; new brick bungalow to be built. (Later Ferd Robers house and Fidelity Title office.) Luetten family to occupy Luetten & Schwartz bungalow on Lewis st. until new residence is built.
F 09-11-1924 Albert F. Boschert and Alma Bulgrin, married Sept. 8, to live at Mrs. Charles Boschert residence, 650 Highland ave.
