F 03-27-1924 Fred Rewald advertises two modern improved houses for sale, one on Lewis st. and one on Chestnut st.
F 03-27-1924 Martin Schroeder bought John Lockmett residence in Prasch addition; possession May 1.
S 03-28-1924 Ray Zwiebel bought Henry Pfarrdrescher residence on Kane st. (394 Kane st., per 1928-29 Directory) Also in F 3/27/24.
S 03-28-1924 Robert A. Rueter bought William Kastner / Kasner residence on corner of Edward & Frederick sts., now occupied by Ed David. (412 Edward st., per 1928-29 Directory) Also in F 3/27/24 and F 4/10/24. F 4/17/24 and S 4/18/24 - Rueter moved in.

S 04-04-1924 St. John’s Lutheran bought Finke property for a parsonage; each of the 7 congregations in Burlington now owns its own parsonage.
F 04-10-1924 John Weinborn bought John Deist property on McHenry st. (363 McHenry st., per 1928-29 Directory) Also in S 4/4/24 - property occupied by Hugo Schultz.
F 04-10-1924 Martin Prailes bought John Madden residence on Jefferson st. and will move in. Also in S 4/11/24. F 5/1/24 - Prailes moved to 602 Jefferson st.
F 04-10-1924 Martin Prailes sold his residence on Jefferson st. to Henry Pfarrdrescher (499 Jefferson st., per 1928-29 Directory). Also in S 4/11/24. F 5/22/24 - Pfarrdreschers moved in.
