F 03-27-1930 Chimney fire at Jacob Gobeli house on Market st. not serious, but concern was proximity of Gobeli home to Wadhams, Shell, and Standard oil tanks.

S 04-04-1930 H. E. Huebner bought house and garage from site Shell Oil Co. bought from C. O. Moe on southwest corner of Pine & Jefferson sts. Will move same to lot Huebner bought from J. Wien on Wilmot ave. Also in F 4/3/30. (House relocation)
S 04-04-1930 Mr. & Mrs. Clifford Moe moved from 623 Pine st. to home they bought on corner of Jefferson & Dodge sts. F 3/20/30 - house on corner of Jefferson & Pine sts. to be torn down and Shell oil station built. F 4/10/30 - house not torn down, but moved.
