S 04-11-1930 Henry A. Rueter completed English-type 6 room house on Kane st. To hold open house with furnishings by local merchants - article & full page ad. Also in F 4/10/30. S 4/18/30 - Rueter estimated 1,000 people visited model house. F 4/17/30 - house recently completed.
S 04-11-1930 Henry Rossmiller moved from club house of Brown's Lake Golf association into Charles Ball residence on State st. Otto Klingbeil moved to club house.
S 04-11-1930 Mr. & Mrs. E. Malsch moved from Tenwinkel residence on Conkey st. to Keuper flat on Pine st.
