F 04-25-1950 Harold Koch bought Witter residence; possession May 1; Mr. & Mrs. Witter moved near Eau Claire. Also in S 4/28/50 - Witter house on Highland ave.
S 04-28-1950 Mr. & Mrs. Carl Ripley started work on their new home on West Geneva st.
S 04-28-1950 Mr. & Mrs. Ervin Leverenz, who were living at Joseph Brehm home, moved to Jefferson.
