F 02-19-1952 Mr. & Mrs. Melvin Miller bought the Honey River farm (on Spring Prairie rd.) owned by Mr. & Mrs. John Moore. Possession in June. Moores to move to California; advertise farm equipment for sale. S 2/22/52 - Melvin Miller traded residence on Elmwood ave. and home in Colorado Springs for the John Moore farm on Spring Prairie rd. occupied by George Frey family.
S 02-22-1952 Mrs. Mollie Smithberg lived at 389-1/2 Wilmot ave.
S 02-22-1952 John Bartelson and Sons auction 5 miles east of Burlington on county trunk J, 1/2 mile south of Hwy. 11 - ad.
F 02-26-1952 Mr. & Mrs. Edward Kwiatkowski bought home on North st. from Mr. & Mrs. Gene Sobbe.
