F 03-30-1904 Charles Schwantz / Schwanz sold 157 acre farm on south side of Dyers lake to son, Gus. S 3/26/04 - 200 acre farm.
S 04-02-1904 Mike O'Neill and family moved to T. J. Cunningham residence on Lewis st.
S 04-02-1904 John C. Dahl and wife moved to Richmond, Ill.; Dahl to open cigar factory.
F 04-06-1904 Mrs. Clark Norton (nee Mary E. Everett) sold residence property on east side of Fox river to Mrs. Herman Leopold. Also in S 4/2/04. F 5/4/04 - Mrs. Norton and daughter moved to part of the Dr. Bowers residence on Jefferson st.
F 04-06-1904 Louis / Aloys Schmidt bought Casper Maag residence on Conkey st. next to high school. S 4/16/04 - A. C. Schmidt / Schmitt bought Maag residence. Maag and family moved to California.
S 04-09-1904 W. E. Bell and family moved from Springfield to new residence in Perkins Park. Also in F 4/6/04. F 4/13/04 - W. E. Bell, station agent at Springfield for 17 years, resigned and will move to Burlington.
S 04-09-1904 Wambold residence on Geneva (Chestnut?) st. for rent. Inquire of Gus. Heublein.
S 04-16-1904 Henry J. Rossmiller rented and moved family to Wambold residence on Chestnut st. Also in F 4/20/04.
S 04-16-1904 Dr. L. N. Hicks residence on Washington st., partially destroyed by fire on Dec. 26, being rebuilt.
S 04-16-1904 Al Hoyle and wife moved from Burlington to Honey Creek, where Hoyle bought hotel and saloon.

S 04-30-1904 Henry J. Brever bought 114 acre farm of Charles Loomis just southeast of Burlington. Also in F 5/4/04.
S 04-30-1904 F. D. Movery and Lotta Erickson, married April 23, to live in Zerneke residence in Perkins Park.
S 04-30-1904 Hugo R. Raettig and Huldah Manthey, married April 27, to live in Maag residence on Conkey st.
F 05-04-1904 James Coleman sold residence near Jahns Park to John Stoehr. S 4/30/04 - possession at once.
F 05-04-1904 Conrad Roettinger building new residence on east side of Fox river. F 5/25/04 - Charles Zillish rented the Roettinger residence. S 5/28/04 - Roettinger building house on what is known as Hoernemann lot; Zilisch is buttermaker at Farmers' Creamery Co.
F 05-04-1904 Mr. & Mrs. Roy Crawford to live in Bollow residence on S. Pine st. Also in S 4/30/04. S 5/14/04 - moved in.
