F 06-28-1911 Joseph Yanny bought Andrew Amend farm - 80 acres in town of Lyons, 53 in town of Burlington. Farm is across road from where Yannys lives. Also in F 10/11/11. S 6/30/11 - Farm known as the Sebastian Amend farm, which Amend bought from the government in 1840.
F 06-28-1911 John Harms to build new residence on his lot on James st. F 7/19/11 and S 7/21/11 - Harms building residence.
S 06-30-1911 William F. Rothering is preparing plans and specifications for an elegant new residence Mrs. H. Simpson plans to build on the Jackson property adjoining C. A. Jones' residence on Dyer street.
S 06-30-1911 Frames up and being enclosed on Arthur Ball residence on Conkey st. and Mrs. F. C. Mohs residence on Herman st.
F 07-05-1911 Fred Schreiber moved Thomas Bottomley residence on Kane st. to an adjoining lot and Dr. C. E. Bottomley will build a new residence on the lot fronting Kane st. (House relocation)

F 07-12-1911 Miss Harriet Brook bought Schutte residence from Mrs. H. Simpson. S 7/7/11 - Schuette.
S 07-14-1911 Mrs. H. Simpson exchanged Dyer street property with William F. Rothering for property at 655 Jefferson street. Also in F 7/12/11.

F 08-02-1911 C. B. Wagner, Jr., is building a garage on property on corner of Jefferson & Dyer sts.
S 08-04-1911 Mrs. W. G. Rasch summer home on west shore of Brown's lake named Swastika.
S 08-04-1911 R. H. Fitch and wife moved to residence on Jefferson st. vacated by Dr. R. J. Fairchild.
S 08-11-1911 N. S. Prailes building a residence on the corner of McHenry & Elm sts. in Cook's addition. S 9/29/11 - contract to William Meinecke.
S 08-11-1911 Mrs. E. M. Pillow bought lot on bathing beach on east shore of Brown's lake from Mrs. Dr. F. E. Stone; to build summer home this fall.
