F 04-10-1919 Matt Rewald residence on corner of Chestnut & Kendall sts. improved by coat of pebble dash and a new front porch.
F 04-10-1919 John Bayer rented Schultz residence on Conkey st. and moved in.
F 04-10-1919 Harry A. Terry moved to residence vacated by John Bayer on Jefferson st.
F 04-10-1919 Carl Larson and family moved from Potratz house on Wilmot ave. to George Schuman residence in Prasch addition.

S 04-11-1919 Peter Nelson bought Frank Finke residence on Edward st. (should be 388 Kane st.).
S 04-11-1919 Olaf Hoganson started work on new Frederick st. residence - foundation built last year. S 5/23/19 - nearing completion.
S 04-11-1919 Henry Wehmhoff bought from George Meadows the residence on Dyer st. occupied by Don Dardis. Also in F 4/10/19 - occupied by Mr. & Mrs. D. W. Dardis; Wehmhoff plans to move in after making some improvements.
S 04-11-1919 Rolla Titus bought Harry Harlow residence on Geneva st. F 4/10/19 - R. W. Titus bought from Harry K. Harlow what is known as Hurtgen residence on Lyons road west of Burlington.
S 04-11-1919 Newton Bottomley bought former Bottomley homestead at English Settlement from Stier Bros. Also in Rochester column. F 4/10/19 - Stoehr Bros. F 4/24/19 - Bottomley moved to farm he recently bought.
F 04-17-1919 John Beyer and family moved to A. C. Schmitt residence on Conkey st. vacated by Mrs. Twyman.
F 04-17-1919 Clifford Reed to move from Union Grove to Burlington; work for Hansen Oil Co.
F 04-17-1919 A. C. Rubach rented house on McHenry st. vacated by Harry Strohm. Harry Strohm and wife moved to Milwaukee.
F 04-17-1919 Mrs. A. B. Carlson moved from Burlington to Williams Bay where husband is in business.
S 04-18-1919 Henry N. Stang leased Frank Harter residence on Geneva st. F 4/17/19 - Mrs. Bertha Harter leased out residence; she and daughter will spend summer at West Bend.
S 04-18-1919 John B. Tanking residence on McHenry st. (the former George Forge residence), occupied by Emil Richter, is destroyed by fire. Also in F 4/17/19 - fire destroyed house and contents; also had fire last Christmas eve.
S 04-18-1919 17 lots in Prasch's subdivision to be sold - full page ad with plat map. Also in F 4/17/19, F 4/24/19, and S 4/25/19 - Prasch's Addition opened in the summer of 1913. S 5/2/19 - 14 lots sold - names. Also in F 5/1/19.
S 04-18-1919 H. J. Kortendick sold residence property on Lewis st. to Chris Storm. Kortendick bought Storm's farm at Waterford. Also in F 4/24/19 - possession March 1, 1920.
F 04-24-1919 August Tess moved from Waterford to Burlington.

The Museum, History Research Library, and Pioneer Log Cabin are open Saturdays from 10 am to 2 pm or by appointment. Please email to arrange an appointment.
