S 04-01-1921 John Schiller bought residence property of William Volkman on Main st. - Henry Scheel and family moved in. Also in F 3/31/21.
S 04-01-1921 Fred Kemen bought one of the Burlington Home Building Co. houses on Highland ave. Possession May 1. Also in F 3/31/21.
S 04-01-1921 Mrs. William Keough bought Fred Leber residence on Randolph st. occupied by Mrs. Mary Roth. F 4/7/21 - Mrs. Mary Keough.
S 04-01-1921 John Willmore bought lot on northeast corner of Frederick st. & Perkins blvd. owned by the Albrecht estate. Willmore to build a residence in the near future. F 3/31/21 - J. W. Willmore.
F 04-07-1921 Frank Reisner and family moved to one of Soo Line cottages on Pine st.
F 04-07-1921 A. W. Newbury and family moved to late William Pieters residence on Jefferson st.

S 04-22-1921 John Alby is building a new residence on Conkey st. F 4/21/21 - nearly opposite the high school building.
F 04-28-1921 Otto A. Klein bought stone house and barn from father, F. G. Klein; will move barn and tear down house and build a modern residence on McHenry st. Also in S 4/29/21 - is moving a barn from the lot, which adjoins his father's residence. (Barn relocation)
F 04-28-1921 Mrs. Mary Roth leased upper flat of remodeled Weygand house on Pine st. F 5/5/21 - Mrs. Roth moved to upper flat; E. H. Marsdan in lower flat.
F 04-28-1921 Mr. & Mrs. Fred V. Kemen moved from Milwaukee to property on Highland ave. bought from Burlington Home Building Co.
