S 06-01-1928 Louis H. Zwiebel bought lot on Pleasant ave. from Cunningham Buick Co. and will build new residence. S 10/19/28 - Mr. & Mrs. Louis Zwiebel to reside temporarily at the Joseph Zwiebel residence at Brown's lake.
S 06-01-1928 Art Weiss bought new residence on Kendall st. just completed by Henry A. Rueter and will move in.

S 06-22-1928 Henry F. Gerling bought William Rosenberg cottage on west shore of Brown's lake. F 6/21/28 - 2 story frame with 66 foot frontage.
S 06-22-1928 A. H. Mueller bought lot on north shore from Frank J. Meyers and will build a summer home.
S 06-22-1928 Mrs. Edna Holmquist bought tract of land adjoining Frank Wiemer farm west of Burlington and will build a home on the same.

F 06-28-1928 William F. Hanneman vs. Simon Kumpf, Ephraim Perkins, Ephraim Perkins, Jr., Edward G. Dyer, Pliny Perkins, Benjamin Vaughn, Elliott Benson, Maurice Ayers, John Acken, at al. - to quiet title on portion of block 1 of Perkins Second Addition arount Washington & Dyer sts.
F 06-28-1928 Masons purchased C. G. Foltz property on corner of Washington & Dyer sts. as site for new temple.
S 06-29-1928 H. F. Gerling bought Foltz residence on Dyer st. from Masonic Holding Co. Gerling will tear house down and use the material for building cottages on the Rosenberg property at Brown's lake which he bought last week. Also in F 6/28/28.
S 07-06-1928 Elmer Isferding and family moved to the Louis Rein flat on Pine st.
