S 11-16-1928 W. V. Sherman rented house of Mrs. Cora Noble on corner of Jefferson & Dyer sts. S 11/23/28 - W. V. Sherman leased house on corner of Dyer & Jefferson sts. vacated by Harry Harper.
S 11-16-1928 Mr. & Mrs. Hiram Patrick bought lot in Burlington next to home of daughter, Mrs. William Kruckman, where they will build.

S 11-23-1928 Dr. Gordon W. Brusso and family moved to Andrew Kayser residence on Henry st. vacated by Knox Johnston.
S 11-23-1928 Henry A. Rueter building new residence on Kendall st. adjoining Arthur Weiss home.
S 11-23-1928 Addie M. Patrick bought from R. C. Rueter the lot adjoining the William H. Kruckman residence on Kendall st. F 11/15/28 - Mr. & Mrs. Hiram Patrick sold 2 houses in Wilmot and bought lot in Burlington. (Note: Mr. & Mrs. Patrick were parents of Mrs. William - Blanche - Kruckman.)

F 11-29-1928 Fire in attic at 858 Storle ave. - Heintskill home - died out for lack of oxygen last week, but caused some damage.

The Museum, History Research Library, and Pioneer Log Cabin are open Saturdays from 10 am to 2 pm or by appointment. Please email to arrange an appointment.

Whitman School is open by appointment or for special events.
