S 02-11-1938 Six new homes built in 1937 - Ray Spiegelhoff, Dr. L. O. Mastalir, Isaac Lipton, John Moore (Brown's lake), Carl Martin (Cedar Park), and Fred Forge. 15 new cottages at Cedar Park; 18 at Bohner's lake; 6 at Hall's Point.
