S 12-30-1938 Mr. & Mrs. Derall F. Dunham to live at 607-1/2 Dyer st.
S 12-30-1939 Action to clear title: lot 8, block 2, Perkins West Addition - William C. and Clara Huth.
F 01-05-1939 Mrs. Clifford Amborn moved from Vos residence at 600 Dyer st. to Kurt Rust residence on West Geneva st.
F 01-05-1939 Old frame building on Pine st. just south of the offices of the Security Manufacturing & Construction Co. is being razed. Building was original site of Security when Harvey Simpson began manufacturing lightning rods here. Mr. Simpson lived in the house still standing on Pine st. between Jensen Tire Co. and Cities Service station. Also in S 1/13/39.
F 01-05-1939 Mrs. Flora Ancell and sister, Mrs. Harry Hayes, moved to Vos residence at 600 Dyer st.

F 02-02-1939 Ed Frank bought lot on Highland ave. from Frank Bulgrin and will build residence.
F 02-02-1939 Walter Huth, known as "Dugan," bought tract of George Held property in Lyons and plans to build a new tavern; tract is across from place he formerly operated. Also in S 2/3/39.
