F 05-26-1915 Dr. W. A. Fulton added 2nd story to his residence (corner of Geneva & Lewis sts.) Also in S 5/21/15.
F 05-26-1915 McCanna residence on Geneva st., recently vacated by Mrs. S. Jacobsen, rented by Mrs. E. Diener. Also in S 5/21/15. F 6/9/15 - Moved in. Also in S 6/4/15.
F 05-26-1915 Philip Babe bought "old Zimmer homestead" on corner of Lewis & Origen sts. (683 Lewis st.) from J. C. Rooker. Also in S 5/21/15. F 6/2/15 - Babe to tear down old house and will build new one.
F 05-26-1915 William G. Finke sold 2 lots on the corner of Chandler & Perkins blvds. to Lou Smithers who will move the Smithers' "annex" there. Also in S 5/28/15. (House relocation)
S 05-28-1915 Mr. & Mrs. John Gersten bought John Cunningham summer home at Bayshore, Brown's Lake. Also in F 6/2/15.
S 05-28-1915 Mrs. William Wheeler having new porch put on her Edward st. house.
S 05-28-1915 Will Hudson and family moved from Lake Geneva to Mutter house on Chestnut st.
F 06-02-1915 Kruckman built garage on property on corner of Johnson & Liberty sts.

S 06-04-1915 F. Vorpagel property on Jefferson st., brick house, barn, and garden spot, offered for sale.

F 06-09-1915 Joe Habbekorn of Chicago is building a summer home at Brown's Lake on the lot he bought from the Curtis estate adjoining the A. Bushman summer home. Also in S 6/4/15.
F 06-09-1915 H. A. Runkel moved barn from his place on Duane st. to his lot on Highland ave. next to H. Weygand's and will remodel it into a residence. Also in S 6/11/15. (House relocation)

F 06-23-1915 Jerome Mutchler to build a new 2 story flat building on his residence property on N. Pine st. Mutchler family will occupy one flat. Also in S 7/2/15, F 6/30/15. S 7/16/15 - foundation.
F 06-23-1915 Mrs. P. H. Cunningham deeded to daughter, Laura, the lot on Kane st. next south of Arthur Cunningham's.
S 06-25-1915 Lee A. Lynn bought lot 1, block 16, in Perkins South Park from Brook-Barlow Investment Co. F 7/28/15 - Lee A. Lynn sold lot 16, block 1, Perkins South Park, to Ernest Schultz.
S 06-25-1915 John Frey bought 33 acres of the E. H. Bose farm just north of the millpond; possession next fall.
S 07-02-1915 Dr. & Mrs. Jacob Weiler to live in Rueter residence on McHenry st.
S 07-02-1915 Cement walk, curb and gutter put in front of E. L. Anderson and E. H. Foltz homes on Briody st.
