S 04-03-1925 Volkman house and westerly halves of lots 5 and 8 in block 50, original plat, to be sold at auction by Minnie Volkman Strohm. F 3/26/25 - Mrs. Rudolph Strohm; Carl Volkman property on E. State st.
F 04-09-1925 Old Cunningham lots on corner of North and Chestnut sts., across Chestnut st. bridge, cleaned up and improved for tourists' benefit. The old brick house on the grounds, occupied by the Cattons, was torn down, grounds leveled off, and driveway laid out. Two new shelter houses, 12 x 16, built at further end of grounds. S 4/3/25 - The old James Catton residence, standing for more than 80 years, is torn down. Property to become city camp site - 2 portable one-room 12 x 16 houses being built.
F 04-09-1925 Mr. & Mrs. Dwight Rooker lived for many years on what is known as Charles Reed farm on north side of mill pond.
F 04-09-1925 Howard Newell and family again making home at Edward Brook residence on Pine st.
F 04-09-1925 Edward F. Jahns bought 2 lots in Richtman's addition on W. Geneva st. from Mrs. J. M. Richtman and will build residence.
F 04-09-1925 August Paulsen, who was renting Carl Volkman property on E. State st., bought property at auction.
F 04-09-1925 Mr. & Mrs. Henry Volbrecht moved from residence on east side of Fox river to Amil Rubach farm.
F 04-09-1925 W. S. Humphrey and family moved to residence on east side of Fox river vacated by Mr. & Mrs. Henry Volbrecht.
F 04-09-1925 Louis Rein built sun parlor on his Chestnut st. residence.
F 04-09-1925 Mr. & Mrs. John Wilson moved from Montana to George Harper house on Geneva st. F 5/7/25 - Harpers moved to summer home at Brown's Lake.
F 04-09-1925 Mr. & Mrs. E. A. Rein to move to Racine.
S 04-10-1925 Mr. & Mrs. C. M. Hahn moved to the Luetten residence on Lewis st. F 4/9/25 - moved from Milwaukee to bungalow on Lewis st. recently vacated by G. P. Luetten.
S 04-10-1925 Mr. & Mrs. David Dibble moved to the Thomas Morton residence on Conkey st.
S 04-10-1925 Mr. & Mrs. R. H. Riggs moved to the Granzow residence on the corner of Johnson & Liberty sts.
S 04-10-1925 William N. Dana bought the E. J. McCormack property on Edward st., possession June 1. F 4/9/25 - 461 Edward st.
S 04-10-1925 Mr. & Mrs. John Marck moved to the Blackburn farm for the summer. Also in F 4/16/25.
F 04-16-1925 W. F. Adams and family moved to Ray Henderson house on Storle ave.
F 04-16-1925 Mr. & Mrs. Henry P. Juranek living in upstairs flat in former Eckert residence on Dyer st.
F 04-16-1925 H. F. Pierce and family moved from Burlington to Oshkosh.
F 04-16-1925 Earl Richmond occupying part of former John Biehn residence on South st.
F 04-16-1925 Ed. (Albert?) Boschert building new residence on Highland ave. lot.
F 04-16-1925 Mr. & Mrs. R. H. Riggs of Racine moved to Granzow residence on corner of Johnson & Liberty sts.
F 04-16-1925 Mary Kelly moved back to flat on Chestnut st. vacated by Mr. & Mrs. E. A. Rein.
