F 08-12-1926 Ferdinand Richter bought John P. Gill residence at south end of Wilmot ave.; possession Sept. 1. Also in S 8/13/26. F 7/29/26 - John P. Gill property near railroad crossing. S 9/3/26 - Richter moved in.

S 08-13-1926 H. F. Gerling bought William Rosenberg residence on the corner of Dyer & Washington sts. F 8/12/26 - George Gerling. F 9/23/26 - Gerling took possession.
F 08-19-1926 Klein house on corner of Chestnut & Mill sts. to be torn down and filling station built. House built by Pliny M. Perkins nearly 80 years ago of stone from Voree quarry. Next tenant was Norton; Wegge owned it; next Frank Ayers bought it; and then F. G. Klein.
S 08-20-1926 Ray Bowen, proprietor of the soft drink parlor at the Burlington Hotel, bought the Richardson property on Lewis st. Also in F 8/26/26.
S 08-20-1926 Max Leiderman and sister each bought a lot on the west shore of Brown's lake - part of the old Curtis estate - from Mrs. Frances Kelnhofer.

F 08-26-1926 Art G. Weiss and family moved to bungalow at 718 Lewis st. vacated by Joseph A. Grossman and family, who have moved to flat over Great American Stores Co. on Pine st.
F 08-26-1926 Mr. & Mrs. George Johnston to move from Burlington to Florida.
F 08-26-1926 Mr. & Mrs. Andrew Riggs moved from Tom Morton residence on Lewis st. back to their farm near Salem.
