The houses included the Sam Roper house in Echo park, the Henry Benson cabin in the camp site, the Klein house on McHenry st., built of cobblestones, the old Meinhardt house on Jefferson st., the Perkins house on Liberty st., the Neuhaus home on West st., the Downie house, a group of stone houses on Jefferson st. near the Hillside, and the Strang house at Voree.
