S 12-25-1936 Charlie Smith house on Hoyt-Burlington road moved 5 miles to Burlington going over fields and frozen marshes and taking down fences. (House relocation)
F 12-31-1936 Ed. Gysin lives at 949 Orchard st.
F 12-31-1936 Leonard G. Robers lives at 661 Chestnut st.
1936 S 1/29/37 - New homes in 1936 included Walter Kuebler, Joe Woodard and Henry Miller homes in Hicks addition; Lawrence Grossman on West st.; Kurt Rust and Peter Lofy homes in Prasch addition; Frank Ranker and Herbert Eisenbart homes in Weiler's addition; A. J. Rueter on Elmwood ave. - under construction; and Kenneth Maas on Robert st. - under construction.
1936 S 1/29/37 - Buyers of residence property in 1936 included Russell Milburn in Perkins south park; E. C. Garvery, Dr. W. J. Newbury, and Mrs. H. H. Newbury on West Geneva st.; Mrs. Frank Downie on Elmhurst ave.; Olive and Jessie Wilson, buyers of Randall residence on Perkins blvd. from the Fraser estate; Vincent Lois on Lewis st.; and Dale May on Highland ave.
1936 S 1/29/37 - 12 summer-type cottages were built at Brown's lake. Clarence Jensen remodeled one residence into modern home.

F 02-18-1937 Clara A. L. Ehlschlager bought part of Spring Brook farm from A. A. Carver. S 3/5/37 - Frank Ehlschlager bought share of farm just south of city limits on Hwy. 83 and took possession.
