Nov. 7, 1939 Common Council rejected Kieckenbusch / Kiekenbush Bros. bid to remove house on proposed parking lot on Geneva st. - only bid received. Removal to be readvertised. Dec. 5, 1939 - Common Council meeting: 3 bids received for removing house on proposed parking lot on Geneva st. Council accepted high bid of $150 from Ray Kieckenbush. (House relocation)
F 11-09-1939 One bid - $50 for tearing down house and clearing away debris - received by city for McCanna property on Geneva st.
F 11-09-1939 William A. Stoehr bought LaFollette property at 664 James st.; LaFollettes moved to Missouri.
